Coins

If an episode you unlocked won't play, contact support and we'll refund the coins. Coin packs bought on the website can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't spent them.

VIP

Cancel any time; VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Web (Stripe) renewals charged by mistake are refunded on request within 14 days.

App Store and Google Play

Purchases made in the mobile app are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.
